Helping teenage mothers build confidence, self-esteem and ability
This programme is designed for teenage mothers to build confidence, self-esteem and ability, and to support their and their children's safety and well-being. The programme aims to support participants to develop or enhance self-awareness, self-knowledge, positive connections and life skills, and develop tools for positive change and self-determination. Participants will learn about practical parenting, making healthy choices, recognising unhealthy/unsafe and healthy/safe relationships, and self-care.
It is a ten-session programme held weekly for two hours for eight participants.
